BeatBook / Webbysoft operates this interest list for occasional BeatBook development updates. Joining does not create an app account, reserve a product, or make a purchase.

What we save

Your email address, signup time, consent-text version and a private withdrawal token. We do not ask for your name, student details or payment information. Email ownership is not verified, and signup does not send an email.

Your choice

Joining requires an explicit checkbox agreement. Save the private withdrawal link on the confirmation page, or use the withdrawal form with your email address. Withdrawal removes any matching active entry immediately; the response does not reveal whether an address was registered.

Retention and copies

Entries expire after 365 days and are removed by daily cleanup, unless you withdraw sooner or the list is retired. This signup system currently creates no separate backups. The database is private and persistent on the website server; it is not a guarantee against loss of the entire host. Owner exports are private and must follow the same retention and withdrawal rules.

Private by default

There is no public directory, advertising analytics, tracking pixel, cookie, or external mailing service. Website request access and error logs are disabled. Temporary in-memory limits reduce form abuse; IP addresses are not stored in the interest list.

Updates, when they happen

This website does not send email. Any future development update must identify BeatBook / Webbysoft and include a working withdrawal link. Your address is collected only for that purpose.
